With an large scalloped pool, plush bar pavilion, and 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, the terrace is ideal for evening soirees or even small weddings.
The five king suites are private and richly appointed, and the home is completely air-conditioned. Reefside Villa water front location makes for lovely island breezes, and it's also just a short walk down to a sandy beach, perfect for taking a leisurely float. Returning home after a long day in the sun, you can relax in the comfortable great room, put together a meal in the fully loaded kitchen, or just freshen up before rolling down the hill for a taste of Cruz Bay's laid back nightlife.

Tax Service Charge Details *Rates for St. John villas are subject to 12.5% tax.Special rates apply for holiday dates. Bookings at this villa are non-refundable. All rates are based on double occupancy per room, with the exception of children age 2 - under. A $50 per person, per night fee applies for extra guests above maximum occupancy, subject to owner approval. There is an extra fee for housekeeping if guest are staying less than 14 nights. The money will be left on the kitchen counter by the guest for the housekeeper. One complimentary greeting is included with each reservation. If you arrive later than 9:00 pm on St. John there is a charge of $65 for your arrival. If a reservation is discounted or for four days or less there is an arrival charge of $65. If an arrival takes place on a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) the arrival fee is $100 | |||
