The main living areas of this house are located on the second floor and exit directly onto the large pool deck.

Each room is equipped with its own split unit air conditioner, flat screen television and on-suite bathroom.

The fully equipped open concept kitchen is ideal for catering to large families or private chef’s. Just off the kitchen, and with easy access, is a private outdoor balcony which is where you will find the large propane BBQ grill.
