Overview

Located within Leeward settlement which is one of the most sought after neighborhood in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. All modern amenities are included as the construction was completed in 2023.

The interior has a stunning 2 story height foyer to welcome you into the villa. The furnishing are all new and were installed in November 2023. All of the furnishings were hand-chosen to complement one another and blend beautifully to create a comfortable and stylish home. The villa features a grand living room with an open floor plan. A fully equipped kitchen and an island that seats 6 or the dining table that seats 10.

The stunning 30 x 15 foot (9 x 4.5 m) heated outdoor pool is the focal point of the villa's fabulous grounds. The dock is nearly 90 feet long (27 m) which would allow excursions to pick you up directly. The outdoor area features an outdoor table with 10 chairs, a cozy outdoor couch, an egg chair and several lounge chairs. There is a sound system that you can connect your music. There is a gas Weber BBQ grill with gas burners, perfect for family entertaining. Natural vegetation and tropical plants feature throughout the villa's extensive grounds.

Villa Enandi has non-motorized sports (kayaks, paddleboards and snorkeling gear), or you can get picked up off our dock, for a half-day or full-day private boating or snorkeling tour.
