This modern, newly built property features spacious bedrooms and an extensive outdoor lounge and deck areas. The home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths on the main level and a separate 2 bedroom 2 bath guest house with its own entrance down below.
There is an oceanfront cabana located just feet away from the water’s edge as well as a kayak and paddle board shack, an outdoor shower, a day bed and a beverage center.
It is possible to rent all 6 bedrooms or only 4 bedrooms for a reduced rate. The pool has the option to be heated (for an extra fee) for those who desire.
