This villa has just been expanded to an 8-bedroom, 7-bathroom oceanfront mini-resort with gym, pickleball court, new pool with spa, outdoor bar and kitchen. 

The location, directly on Grace Bay beach, and within the private gated Leeward Association, is 2 miles to town and walking distance to golf and the marina.

Fill your days lounging at the villa with a full-time staff of 3 to assist you. Enjoy working out, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, snorkeling, or nearby tennis and golf.
