Dining~

In-Villa Dining:

Menus are available in your villa, and you can place your order with your Villa Manager. To place an order, simply let your Villa Manager know what you would like. Food is prepared on-site and will be prepared or cooked in your villa. Please allow approximately one hour for preparation. Villa Dining is available from 10 am to 10 pm daily.

Thai Discovery Dinner:

Start your journey by discovering Thailand through the taste of the traditional cuisine which we create in Thai family-sharing style, start with the famous Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum), Hot and Sour Thai Prawn Soup (Tom Yum Goong), Massaman Curry with Beef or Chicken, Stir-fried Vegetables with Oyster Sauce (Pad Pak Ruammit) and finishing with Mango and sticky rice as well as seasonal fruit platter.

BBQ Options:

The villa is the perfect setting for entertaining friends and family, and what better social gathering than a BBQ? You can choose to either book our private Thai chefs or you can grill yourself.

BBQ is available from 12 pm to 10 pm daily, and we require 24 hours’ notice to arrange. Menus are priced on a per-person basis, but we do require a minimum of 4 guests. All prices are subject to tax and service charge.

Private Chef:

Why leave your villa when you may enjoy the culinary expertise of a private chef to create delicious meals in your very own villa kitchen?

Please inform your Guest Experience Manager at least 48 hours before booking your chef.

Thai food is one of the World’s most exciting cuisines. Delicately balancing sweet, salty, and sour flavors with the fiery spiciness of Thai chilies. Thai food is not only healthy and delicious but also colorful and full of textures.

We have put together the recipes for the dishes you have mastered so that you can easily recreate these wonderful delicacies for lucky friends and family back home. Happy cooking!

In-Villa Wine Selection:

A chosen selection of excellent easy-drinking wines for you to enjoy with dinner, the sunset, with friends and family, or all by yourself. The Villa Manager will restock the wines daily, and consumed bottles will be charged to your villa account. Please also let us know if you would like to see our full wine list or if you would like us to source a special bottle or two for you.

In-Villa Snacks & Beverages:

A fully stocked mini-bar and snack selection is available in each villa, including soft drinks, beers, sparkling and still waters, ice creams, nuts, chips, and a selection of sweets.

Big Buddha:

Wat Phra Yai is a Buddha statue over 12 meters high; you may have seen it on your arrival into Samui from the airplane, and it is well worth a visit. It was built in 1972 and is Koh Samui’s most famous temple, located on a small island connected to Samui by a bridge. Please dress appropriately, as this temple is an important Buddhist symbol for Thai people.

Ang Thong National Marine Park:

It is a pristine archipelago of 42 islands in the Gulf of Thailand. The islands are very close to each other and are all different shapes and sizes, which provides a breathtaking panorama when sailing around the park, whether it be by Sailing boat or speedboat. Most of the islands are covered with tropical forests and are home to a rich variety of exotic wildlife and sea creatures. Snorkeling, hiking, sea kayaking, diving, sailing, and simply relaxing on one of its idyllic beaches are the main activities to enjoy on Ang Thong.

ATV Adventures:

The best way to see the jungle for folks who don’t fancy trekking on foot is to drive an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) in the jungle. Hours of fun to be had driving through mud and forestland with the reward of some of the most spectacular views on Samui, otherwise inaccessible to most visitors.

Waterfalls:

Stunning waterfalls are located within 10 km south of Nathon, the main administrative area in Samui, and also home to the main ferry terminal. All waterfalls are a 35km drive from Samujana.

Na Muang Waterfall 1: About 80 meters high. You have to be prepared for a walk to get here. Rocks can be slippery, so adequate footwear is advised and not ideal for the elderly or people with restricted mobility.

Hid Lad Waterfall: Located about 2 km south of Nathon. Enjoy a 2km hike through the jungle to the waterfall. Suitable for all ages, apart from less mobile people.

Zip Lining:

Canopy Adventures offers four cable rides connecting six tree houses, taking you on a scenic tour over the tropical jungle of Samui’s north coast, covering a distance of 300 meters in total.

Koh Samui is a boat enthusiast’s paradise! Charter a luxury yacht and splash out in style, or get a speedboat out to the islands for snorkeling and a day of fun in the sun.
