The Villa, spanning over 1,000 square meters across three levels has seven-bedroom. The Cottage offers space for 4 extra guests' using 2 bedrooms. All in all, this estate invites you to experience the island at its most refined.

The main villa unfolds in airy sophistication, with six bedrooms overlooking the sea - three of them grand primary suites. Each is a haven of calm, featuring bespoke furnishings, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces that frame the endless horizon. Soft ocean breezes, natural textures, and curated artwork bring a sense of place that is authentically St. Martin.

Step outdoors into a world of lush tranquility. An 8,000-square-meter tropical garden surrounds the property, filled with exotic blooms, fruit trees, and the gentle sound of water. The infinity pool appears to dissolve into the sea, while sun-drenched terraces and shaded lounges invite long afternoons of pure relaxation. As evening falls, a wood-fired barbecue sets the stage for alfresco dining beneath a sky ablaze with stars. A tranquil pond and serene water features complete this private paradise.

A winding path leads to the Cottage, a separate two-bedroom oasis that mirrors the villa’s refined charm. With its own terrace, kitchen, and indoor and outdoor living spaces, it’s ideal for guests seeking added privacy within the estate’s embrace.

Together, the Villa and Cottage form a private enclave designed for indulgence and serenity. Guests have exclusive access to exceptional wellness facilities, including a rejuvenating hammam sauna, fitness equipment, and open spaces that inspire well-being. This Estate can be rented at a 9 bedroom configuration. It is also possible to solely rent Villa Privilege. When rented as Villa (5, 6, 7 bedroom configuration) the Cottage is not available to guests.
