There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms in total: three rooms on the main level, the master bedroom upstairs – with the best view in the house- and a bedroom in a separate apartment.
The villa is only three miles from Princess Juliana International Airport and situated in the exclusive area of Pelican Key in Sint Maarten. This is one of the most beautifully developed residential and resort areas on the island, with the advantage of close proximity to Simpson Bay, with its large choice of restaurants, shops, boutiques, casinos and entertainment. The villa is within walking distance of Chabad.
