Of course, strolling on the Plaza in this exclusive residence and dining in select restaurants will be no less enjoyable.

Although you may choose to skip cooking altogether, the villa features a highly modern kitchen worthy of a professional chef with a long list of appliances, including a dishwasher, a coffee and an espresso machine, as well as an ice machine.

There are also two options if you decide to eat in (you could order delivery or hire a private chef!): the dining room table next to the large open-plan living area and the covered table on the rooftop patio.

Each of the three bedrooms is highly comfortable and offers panoramic views. There is a choice of air-conditioner and ceiling fan, king-size beds, and TV; two bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and the third bedroom has a separate bathroom & TV.

The apartment also has a sizable balcony great for morning coffees, a big 65-inch smart TV, and a rooftop with a plunge pool ideal for sunbathing, alfresco dinners, and evening cocktails.

The Penthouse La Perla Sky is set on the Dutch/French border in a high-end Mediterranean-style village called Porto Cupecoy Marina.
