The living area flows into the kitchen/dining area to accommodate 4 persons. The impeccable kitchen features granite countertops and is equipped with deluxe stainless steel Viking appliances, triple door refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots. A series of sliding glass doors lead to the terrace overlooking the marina, sea and bay, including outdoor dining area for 6 persons dining, lounge chairs and sofa for your enjoyment.

Two spacious bedrooms are very comfortable and offer privacy for everyone. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen satellite box, big walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with oversized deep soaking marble bathtub, separate marble rain shower, double vanity sinks and built-in closets. This bedroom also opens directly onto a back terrace. Bedroom two offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, satellite box, closet space, and bathroom with shower, double vanity sinks and built-in closets.
