Jasmine

Overview

Villa Jasmine is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa has panoramic views and is perched on the highest part of the hill in a desert-like rock garden and the remnants of an ancient volcano.

A driveway separates the villa's 2 houses. The main house has a living room furnished with quality pieces and glass doors to a lookout. On the other side are a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and all the equipment a professional chef needs.

Both living and kitchen areas open on all sides, offering breezes and majestic views. Between the living area and kitchen is a covered, open seating area with an outdoor dining table and waterfall flowing from the wall behind the house.

A vast deck surrounds a large infinity pool and gives access to both bedrooms with one situated slightly higher. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, air-conditioning, private terrace, and ensuite bathrooms with dual-head shower.

Below the main house are 2 bedrooms and a fitness room. Due to the distance from the main house, each of these bedrooms comes with its own plunge pool. These bedrooms are located lower than from the main house and could require a vehicle to reach them.

Villa Jasmine comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older, but pets are not allowed. Parties in the villa are only allowed upon request from a manager or owner.
