Overview

This new villa is designed with natural elements, including wood and stone. Parking is available underneath the house in a spacious garage, where a staircase leads to the fully air-conditioned main floor. Upstairs, the modern kitchen features a breakfast bar and dining table. A connected living room with comfortable seating and an entertainment center opens to the pool deck and view.

Each bedroom has a European king-size bed, satellite and Apple TV, a sound system, a dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom is situated near the pool (perfect for night swimming). The top floor houses the other 2 bedrooms, each with a private terrace and ocean views.

Located in the back is a small garden with an outdoor dining area (flanked by a green slope), where guests can enjoy meals under the stars. A cozy seating area is located between the kitchen and a large, heated infinity pool. The pool deck is lined with loungers, offering the perfect spot for sunbathing. This villa also comes with French satellite TV and WiFi.

Villa Sasha, or Sasha, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
