Overview

Villa Lina features earth tones and respectful design. Benefiting from year-round breezes, the open design creates a naturally cooled living space with large glass sliders, which open to the splendid panoramic views. The large living room includes a seating area with comfortable sofas, an oversized dining table that can seat up to 14 guests, and an open gourmet kitchen.

Two master bedrooms are located on either side of the living room. Each has a European king-size bed with comfortable, high-end linens, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A small room just off the living room can be rented upon request as an extra room for children or a nanny. This room uses the guest bathroom with an outdoor shower.

A sun deck with loungers frames the infinity pool, which stretches out all the way in front of the first master bedroom (ideal for wading into the pool in the early morning). This villa also comes with Apple TV, a Bose sound system in the living room, ceiling fans, a gas grill, U.S. and French satellite TV, and WiFi.

Villa Lina, or Lina, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
