Situated in a dream location in front of the sea in the exclusive residential area of La Mola, this magnificent villa offers stunning views over the tranquil bay of Cala Marmassen and is just 1 minute away from the vibrant and cosmopolitan Port Andratx. Cala Marmassen does not have a true sandy beach and as such, the bay retains its feeling of privacy and seclusion throughout the year with tourists and boats tending to favour other locations. Private access to the sea, private boat dock and mooring is via a few flights of steps through mature terraced gardens or via an exterior elevator.

Exterior spaces include five entertainment terraces offering a choice of private, intimate spaces (jacuzzi terrace and the adjoining chill out terrace with wet bar, Wi-Fi, Sonos system) plus larger communal areas (BBQ dining terrace, upper solarium, pool terraces and the boat house terrace) as well as plenty of shaded areas within the garden terraces leading down to the sea.

On the entry level & upper floor, a triple height entrance reception hall with elevator (to all floors) spiral staircase to the tower den offers 360 degree views of Port Andratx and Cala Marmassen.

There are three beautifully decorated double bedrooms all en suite and large television room, a guests cloakroom with WC, service kitchen, breakfast loggia and an expansive solarium (access from all rooms) offering spectacular sea and mountain views. There is also an additional en-suite double bedroom.

On the mid & lower level there is a sitting room with a dual aspect gas fireplace, recessed television and a built in cocktail bar. There are two further bedroom suites. The rooms lead to a shaded chill out terrace which overlooks the sea, pool and gardens. A guests WC and the staff apartment (independent access) are also on this level.

The lower ground level is entirely open plan and beautifully integrated so as to provide an informal living/dining option plus a fabulous entertaining space. This level comprises of a large bespoke kitchen equipped with every modern catering appliance including a larder, walk in cold room and a bodega. There is interior dining for 12 plus lounge seating for 12. Fully retractable floor to ceiling doors enable the best option for easy indoor/outdoor living all year round. Guest WC.

An expansive pool terrace with sun beds, drinks tables, large umbrellas, pool toys and a kidney shaped infinity pool with a Jacuzzi bench plus fitness jets. Also on this level is a barbecue dining terrace for 12 with fully retractable sun shades, pool side shower, towel storage, Sonos music system & Wi-Fi.

Situated at just below pool level the Jacuzzi terrace has a wet bar, Sonos music system, WI-FI and an adjoining, comfortably furnished relaxation area. Just a few flights of steps allow for access to the expansive boat house terrace giving private gated sea access. The area in front of the sea is paved and illuminated for guest use. Use of a private mooring and a boat dock for tender access.

All communal and private rooms have recessed Smart televisions with access to extensive media libraries. Port Andratx by day, there are many wonderful beach bars and restaurants in the area if you venture out of the villa. The area offers plenty to do for sports enthusiasts or those looking to try something new. In Andratx, there is wonderful shopping, restaurants and the CCA Andratx is worth a visit. Close by in Puerto Portals you have great people watching by day while eating a leisurely long, Spanish-style lunch. Mallorca's vineyards are plentiful and a wine-tasting at one of the local vintners is in order when visiting Mallorca. Palma offers everything from historic fortresses to Michelin star restaurants, so spend a day exploring the city.
