Living Areas

The house is predominately white, with touches of classical Ibicenco architecture and pops of colour.  It is modern, elegant,  thoughtfully designed and has a wonderful serene and cosy atmosphere. There is a library with comfortable seating, a selection of games and books in several different languages for all kinds of interests. The fully equipped kitchen diner boasts a beautiful sea view and opens out onto a spacious terrace with a further dining area. The lounge filled with natural light has large sofas, a fireplace for the cooler months and opens out to the terrace.  The laundry room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer, an extra fridge and ironing area.  The villa also benefits from a fully equipped gym.

Grounds

The pool is divided into three sections -children's pool, jacuzzi and main pool. The size of the main pool 10m x 6m and the Jacuzzi is in the corner of the children's pool boasting a solar heat system. Surrounding the pool there are sun loungers and parasols; further amenities outdoors include a BBQ, a summer kitchen in the pool house with a large outdoor lounge area. The pool house has a changing room and separate WC.  There are 3 separate outdoor dining areas, plenty of terraces to lounge and relax on while enjoying the sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.  The Balinese gazebo provides a peaceful retreat  - the perfect place for some early morning yoga.  For family entertainment there is a large children's playground with a wooden play house, swings, slides and climbing frame and a table tennis table, petanque and oversize outside checkers.  Villa Klara provides plenty of opportunities for the entire family to have fun and relax together in luxurious surroundings.
