Overview

The house boasts 300 m2 of space and is situated on a plot of land of 5,000 m2. It is located on the west coast of Ibiza, 5 minutes from the town of San Agustin, which is a small picturesque village untouched by modern tourism and a wonderful place to wander around and take in the scenery. The beaches in the area are particularly good for launching boats, there are also some remarkable fishing waters just off the coast of Ibiza, with a whole host of fish species found in the area.

The outdoor areas of this beautiful property boast a large pool, various outdoor dining areas as well as 2 chill out areas, a BBQ and beautiful gardens. The 11m x 5m pool is surrounded by high quality wooden decking, sun loungers and parasols, where you can relax and enjoy the hot summer sun or watch the sunset.
