Overview

With two master suites and two bedrooms with two queen beds each on the home's second floor, this home is perfect for two families. One master suite is located on the home's ground floor and the second master suite is located on the home's third floor. The home boasts terrific natural light, two private balconies that are shaded by the trees and multiple spaces within the home for your family to gather together and also enjoy some separate down time.

Guests enter the home through the front door located on the carport level. Once you enter the front door, you will find a carpeted stairwell that takes you to the kitchen, dining room, family room and one of the home's two master suites. The private balcony has two outdoor dining tables located off of the living room. The home's first floor also has a washing machine & dryer. Another stairwell on the first floor takes you to the two bedrooms (each with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom) on the home's second floor. The home's second master suite (which is located on the home's third floor) features an en- suite bathroom and a private balcony. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included.
