Overview

Seventeen steps lead you to the front entry of this beautiful, newly updated, home where you will walk in to the great room with cathedral ceilings and top to bottom windows with ocean views. In here you will find two matching sofas, two additional chairs with ottomans, wall-mounted flat screen HD-TV, DVD player, CD player and iPod docking station with surround sound, decorative fireplace, and a slider to your amazing backyard with ocean views. The dining room, also with tall ceilings, has seating for up to ten. Open with the living room you will find the kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerator, gas stove, and a bar with a built-in ice maker. The breakfast table has amazing ocean views and seating for up to six. You will also find a slider to the back deck.

Just off the kitchen area is where you will find the first bedroom. This bedroom offers two double beds, a small sitting area with a sofa and two chairs and ottoman, armoire with flat screen TV, DVD player, and a brand new private bath with stand-up shower. Also located downstairs is the first master suite. Here you will find a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, two matching chairs with ottoman, and a slider to the back deck with amazing ocean views. In this bedroom you will also find a very large private bathroom with granite countertops, double sink, large soaking tub, and a separate large stand-up shower.

Sixteen steps to the second floor is where you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom is where you will find the second master suite with a king bed, cathedral ceilings, decorative fireplace, wall-mounted flat screen TV with built-in DVD player, and beautiful ocean views. You will also find a large private bathroom with marble throughout, double sink, walk-in closet, large soaking tub, and separate stand up shower. The fourth bedroom offers king bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, wicker chair, private bath with shower, and a wrap-around deck with outstanding ocean views, bistro table with 2 chairs, and separate chairs with ottoman. This deck is also shared with the 5th bedroom, which also offers two twin beds, flat screen TV, DVD player, chair with ottoman, slight ocean views, and a brand new, private bathroom with stand-up shower.

Outside is where all the fun begins! This amazing backyard offers a large kidney shaped pool* that gets a ton of sun! There is also a separate Jacuzzi* along with a Weber gas grill, table with three wicker chairs, bistro table with 4 high top chairs, and several other chairs and lounge chairs perfect for entertaining. Enjoy a sunset dinner outside with a large table and eight chairs or take the ramp leading out from your backyard to the beach and soak up the sun and waves. What could be better?! This house has everything you could ask for for your next trip to the Island!
