A full laundry room is also located on the first floor for your convenience.
Back Wing: Five steps lead to a secluded section of the home, offering two private bedrooms - perfect for the kids!
Second Floor: Fifteen steps up, you will find the kitchen, two dining areas, second living room, convenient half bath and the master suite. This second floor has an open floor plan with an exquisite dining room to accommodate 12 people, a smaller open-air breakfast area for 6, an airy kitchen and the second open living room with 2 sofas, 2 club chairs, TV and stereo system that services the entire second floor.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a built-in oven and microwave, and four high-top chairs.
Outdoor Living: The private backyard is your perfect escape after a day at the beach. A large, sunny pool is surrounded by plenty of loungers, and a shaded outdoor living area with spacious deck featuring a Weber grill to enable a wonderful space to unwind in the evenings.
