Villa Alexa (previously known as Villa Mystique) the experience is relaxed luxe, located hillside in upper Conchas Chinas, just a short 5 minute drive from all the energy of the Romantic Zone & Los Muertos Beach.  The recently renovated villa has traditional Mexican architectural details with an infusion of a contemporary flavor.  The multilevel villa is designed to make the most of the great climate in Puerto Vallarta with indoor /outdoor living as a focus.  Note the villa rents as 5- 9 bedrooms.

Enter from a quiet street in an exclusive enclave colonia, thru an iron gate and a heavy wooden door into another world.  The staff will greet you with a cold towel when you arrive,  take time to appreciate the ocean view and the villa signature beverage.

  • All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
