Overview

Villa Serenidad is the newest villa in Los Cabos to be added to Elegant Mexico’s collection of resplendent villas over the Sea of Cortez. You’ll find it where it belongs, at the pinnacle of Villas Del Mar at the edge of the unbounded sea where all views lead to a horizon of possibilities.

Villa Serenidad in Los Cabos is a six-bedroom Los Cabos villa on a hill that overlooks the Sea of Cortez from every angle and provides comfortable, if not magnificent, quarters to have the world on your own terms for a few days or a few weeks. 

Even with more than a dozen occupants, this Los Cabos villa offers plenty of room to roam. Multiple living spaces include a formal living room, family room, and kitchen all in an open air plan that brings in the stunning outside panoramas. Also count a media room into the mix along with multiple fireplaces, inside and out, to keep a warm mood in motion.

The grounds surrounding this 6,400-square-foot villa bloom in gardens of flowers and greenery, bringing texture and personality to the dazzling sea-view settings. At the edge of the expanse is a sizable infinity pool that seems to cascade into the Sea of Cortez beyond. Surrounding the pool are cushy loungers and chairs, places to simmer, places to immerse, places to snack and sip, and places to dream, enhanced by the shadowy flames of multiple fire pits in the evening hours. 

Dine in or out, taking meals in the formal dining room or on multiple casual set-ups that include an open patio and a kitchen island. The villa’s dedicated chef is on hand to lay out a sumptuous buffet of signature favorites or take orders à la carte. The villa butler will serve or bring snacks and cocktails to those chaises by the pool. This is your moment and finger-lifting is not on the menu. 

Sybarites will love the Jacuzzi overlooking the sea and the magnificent en-suite bathrooms, one with an ambient sunken tub seemingly in a room of its own. 

Not surprisingly this villa brings lots of extras and those include an extra kitchen, extra conversation spaces, multiple private loggias attached to bedrooms and common rooms … all with splashes of creative panache. The eclectic décor scheme blends Spanish colonial accents with dark, heavy woods, strong oversized sofas and chairs, wrought iron and glass light fixtures, sea-hued color schemes and complementary art pieces in an endless flow of dazzle and comfort. 

The villa comes with a driveway and garage and in that garage is a fun golf cart for tooling around the locale and also visiting the adjacent five-star One&Only Palmilla where Villa Del Mar guests have full signing privileges to enjoy the resort spa, and dining.

In-villa spa services can be ordered up by your butler as can child sitting services and special local star chef feasts prepared in your own cucina. A concierge is on hand to take care of recommending and booking activities, although most guests take advantage of the quiet, privacy and space to simply hang back and let the villa do its magic.
