Sundown is an exquisite, staffed home on a private white sand beach next to the turquoise waters of Discovery Bay. The interiors are beautifully decorated. The living and dining room floors are marble.

Home-cooked meals are served inside or al fresco on the verandah. The staff will plan a torchlight beach party with chicken, chops, steaks, lobster, or fresh fish sizzling from the outdoor grill as a special treat.

While Sundown offers some complimentary water sports equipment, more is available for rent just across the bay. In lively Ocho Rios, 30 minutes away, there is nightlife, excellent restaurants, shopping, open-air craft markets, swimming with dolphins, spas, rafting on the Martha Brae, Mystic Mountain, ziplines, bobsled thrill rides, Dunn's River Falls, and tours of working plantations.

Driving time from the Montego Bay airport to Sundown is 60 minutes. Discovery Bay is a pristine aqua jewel on Jamaica's north coast, boasting some of the Island's most beautiful private homes. Sundown is one of the best.

Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3-minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club on the North Coast.  For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddle boards. The club hosts a full-service bar and restaurant and private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.
