Pass through the large sliding glass door onto the lanai where you can BBQ and dine while enjoying the charming ocean view before you. Conveniently, the lanai also connects to the stunning kitchen, with its one-of-a-kind contrasting wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar for mixing cocktails. There is a charming half bath near the great room as you make your way to the expansive game room. This fun space boasts both a pool and ping pong table, so you can challenge your friends and family to a friendly game, or simply sprawl out on the couch with some popcorn for a movie night. The only bedroom on this floor, the second master, impresses with its King-size bed, luxurious ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a decadent walk-in closet. The airy third floor of the home has the option of being used as an early morning yoga retreat or as an office, where you can catch glimpses of the water beyond the windows as you work.
