6BD Mauna Lani Lux Golf Estate (5) at One Ocean

Overview

Set in a private gated enclave, the six-bedroom home features a heated infinity pool overlooking the golf course, with Mauna Kea rising behind the palms. With six bedrooms and room for twelve, it suits larger families and groups traveling together.

Property Highlights

• Brand-new 2026 build with designer interiors, warm wood ceilings, and sliding glass walls that dissolve the line between inside and out
• Private, heated infinity-edge pool and spillover spa set against the lava rock, the fairway and a slice of ocean beyond
• A great room that opens wall to wall onto a covered lanai, so the living space and pool deck read as one
• An outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, prep bar, and mounted TV, wired for long evenings outside
• A primary suite with a freestanding soaking tub and a furnished lanai looking down the golf course toward Mauna Kea
• 2 Luxury Epic 6 Seater Golf Carts
• Complimentary run of the One Ocean enclave, its pools, spas, and fitness club a short walk from the door

Living and Dining
Pull back the glass and the great room gives itself over to the outdoors. A sectional sits beneath a warm wood-slat ceiling, the pool deck picks up where the tile ends, and the fairway runs out toward the coast. Meals land in two places: a stylish indoor table with seating for 6, and a teak table that seats 8 on the lanai where the light goes gold before dinner. The upstairs opens to its own balcony, a quieter spot for morning coffee over the greens.

Chef-Ready Kitchen
Built to feed twelve without anyone getting in the way, the kitchen centers on a broad island with bar seating. With natural quartzite countertops and warm wood cabinetry, the space balances elevated design with practical function. A professional range and expansive prep space handle the cooking, and the full run of small appliances, coffee grinder, kettle, blender, rice cooker, and toaster oven, helps to keep the group fed. When the party moves outside, the lanai's own kitchen takes over.

Outdoor Oasis
The infinity edge is the heart of the property. The pool sits flush against the black lava boundary, its interior holding the color of the sky, with a spa spilling over beside it and a ribbon of lawn to either side. Tiki torches frame the deck at dusk. The outdoor kitchen and its mounted TV turn the lanai into the room everyone drifts toward once the sun drops behind the palms.

When the torches come up and the last light drains off the fairway, the whole house drifts out to the pool's edge. That is the hour this place was built for.
