The Interior

At the Water's Edge

The private pool and hot tub create a more secluded retreat space, while shuffleboard, the BBQ area, basketball hoop, and pickleball setup create space for both laid-back afternoons and active days outdoors.

The water along Maunalua Bay is typically calm and protected, well suited for paddleboarding, kayaking, and slow mornings by the shoreline. Most evenings naturally end outside, with ocean breezes moving across the lawn as the coastline lights begin to glow in the distance.

The Guest Cottage
A separate guest cottage sits on the property with its own king bedroom, two twin beds, ensuite bath, wet bar, pool table, and fitness area. More than additional sleeping space, the cottage creates a flexible second gathering area for multi-generational families, groups traveling together, or guests wanting a little more privacy during extended stays. There is also a poolside room with a twin trundle and adjacent full bath, useful for additional guests or flexible sleeping arrangements (no A/C in that room).
