Upon entering, you’ll find an airy open-plan living area adorned with high ceilings that enhance the sense of space and openness. The living room, dining area, and the newly remodeled kitchen flow seamlessly together, creating a welcoming environment for gathering and entertaining.

The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for culinary exploration, making meal preparation a breeze. Please note that a kitchen remodel is scheduled for March/April 2025, and the current photos may not reflect the updated space after the renovation.

This home features split-type air conditioning in both the living room and all three bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay throughout the home.

Hale Cassia features three well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The primary bedroom offers lanai access, allowing you to start each day with the beauty of Kauai's natural surroundings. Two additional bedrooms provide cozy retreats for family or friends, with a shared bathroom offering a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. For added flexibility, the twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a king-sized bed upon request. An additional $50 one-time bed conversion fee will be required.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
