Located just one mile from the famous Rum Point Club, this luxury villa offers the ultimate blend of comfort, privacy, and adventure for large families or groups traveling together.
The villa’s 5,500 sq. ft. layout features multiple living and sleeping areas, providing ample space for everyone to spread out. A wide interior staircase separates the upper and lower levels, helping maintain quiet zones for sleeping kids or early risers. It's ideal for families with young children, teens, or multiple couples looking to share a space without sacrificing comfort.
Step outside and you’ll discover your own slice of paradise. Enjoy an oceanfront infinity pool, a sandy backyard beach with hammocks, and a gazebo for shaded lounging. The villa sits within a protected reef filled with vibrant marine life—perfect for backyard snorkeling right off the shore. Grab the complimentary kayaks provided for your stay and explore the calm waters together—pool shoes are recommended to protect your feet and the coral.
Inside, you’ll find two large living areas with oversized couches, 75-inch satellite HD TVs with Apple TV and soundbar audio for relaxing movie nights. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything a group needs—a gas range, two dishwashers, a wine fridge, drip coffee makers, plus a Keurig and Nespresso. With seating for up to 20 guests across two oceanview dining tables and a cozy breakfast nook, mealtimes are a breeze.
The lower-level kitchenette and dining space make it easy for early risers to grab a snack or coffee without waking the house. Two laundry rooms (upstairs and downstairs), 7-zone central air conditioning, and a home security system offer added comfort and peace of mind.
High-speed fiber wifi ensures everyone can stream, work, or learn remotely without interruption.
The villa's property manager resides on-site in the small cottage near the gated entrance. The manager's cottage is heavily landscaped and separated from the villa. Close enough to reach out in case of emergency, but far enough away to respect your privacy.

Located on a sandy beach with cabana and hammocks
Fischer's Reef is less than a mile east of the famous Rum Point Club and enjoys a sandy beach and excellent snorkeling within a protected marine park. No fishing is permitted within this protected habitat and guests are advised not to touch or disturb the coral reef. To avoid accidentally damaging the coral, we discourage the use of flippers when snorkeling.
The beaches in Rum Point usually have plenty of white sand, but can also have spots of rocky “ironshore” with natural rock formations. Water shoes are highly recommended.
