With a holiday feel, this family home, located in the heart of one of the most beautiful towns in Provence, offers you all its advantages, uncluttered volumes, large living spaces, and large bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. This ideal villa guarantees you absolute tranquility during your Provençal vacation!
The house offers 250 square meters of living space all on one level, consisting of an open plan area with large living room, dining area, and office & library areas opening to the terrace and pool beyond. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a cellar/storage & laundry room.
There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the Annex is a completely independent parental suite, with view and direct access to the swimming pool with living area with armchairs and sofa, dressing area queen size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower, single basin and WC. The Villa in all can accommodate eight guests.
The outside space has been designed in such a way as to offer you several living spaces adapted to the different times of the day. You will enjoy the large swimming pool on hot summer days, while taking advantage of the wooden space arranged all around to dry off while listening to the song of the cicadas. You will create unforgettable moments in the veranda space which offers you a huge table to share meals with family or friends and sip your aperitif in the outdoor lounge area, enjoying a magnificent view of the swimming pool. In addition take advantage of the vegetable garden to concoct delicious dishes. The garden that surrounds the house will remind you at all times of beautiful Provence.
