It is located one kilometer from the quaint village of La Garde Freinet, on a hill top, which means that one has the most wonderful views of the surrounding nature and valleys beyond. The pretty village of La Garde Freinet, with its local market, shops, bars and restaurants is just 5 minutes’ drive away, whilst both the beaches of Pampelonne, Ramatuelle and St Tropez are 30 minutes away. The property, as well as the central patio, offers pretty covered terraces overlooking the hills and pool, which is just below the property and measures 12 m x 5 m. In immaculate condition, this relatively new house has heaps of charm and is ideal for those, wanting a quiet rural retreat. It is at the same time, being close enough to enjoy the bright lights of St Tropez life.
