Villa Granita is a 450 square meter contemporary Villa adorned with marble fireplaces and sleek crystal chandelier, evoking the essence of five-star Parisian Palace in terms of amenities and services.  There are six bedrooms & nine bathrooms.  It is located within a secure private gated community and includes a spa complete with sauna and indoor pool, a fully equipped gym featuring Tehnogym Personal Line equipment, a fully equipped cinema, stunning panoramic views of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu to Cannes, and Esterel Massif, an outdoor semi-heated pool and pool house with outdoor kitchen, and a secure garage for vehicle storage.
