This villa sits in a quiet location, surrounded by gardens and a park of pine trees. It is next to the Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat, which is equidistant between Monaco and Nice, and is right on the point of Cap-Ferrat facing the Mediterranean Sea.

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Master suite with king size bed (180 cm), A/C, spacious en-suite marble bathroom with multi-jet bathtub, shower and double washbasins. Accessible for the guests with reduced mobility, small terrace
Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Master suite 2 with king size bed (180 cm), A/C, en-suite marble bathroom with bathtub (Jacuzzi style) with handheld showerhead, TV and 2 separate WCs, small terrace
Bedroom 3 (First Floor): King size bed (180 cm), A/C, en-suite marble bathroom with bathtub (Jacuzzi style) with handheld showerhead and the access to the large terrace
Bedroom 4 (First Floor): Queen size bed (160 cm), A/C, en-suite marble bathroom with bathtub (Jacuzzi style) with handheld showerhead, small terrace
There are two additional bedrooms that can be used for guests, children, nannies, etc. Please note that these two bedrooms offer a lower level of comfort than the rest of the villa. One of bedrooms has a simple French bed (140 cm) and another one has Queen size bed (160 cm).

Pool Details

There is a large heated infinity swimming pool (2m of depth) with unique mosaics and a pool-house with BBQ and further outdoor dining areas
The pool area is surrounded by sun beds, lounge chairs, parasols and a dining area
