Villa Notes

No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ is complimentary for guest use. While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, a refill is not provided. Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
