Upon entering this home, you'll be instantly captivated by the three large framed 86” Samsung televisions in the spacious and well-lit living area. The enormous and comfy sectional sofa is perfect for entertaining and socializing with friends and family. To the right, you'll find the expansive kitchen and dining area, equipped with stainless steel appliances (dual refrigerators and dual dishwashers), a large island, and granite countertops. The chef in your group will love preparing meals here!

On a cool day, open the sliding doors to let the breeze in, or step outside and take a dip in your private resort-style pool, complete with ample furniture for all your entertainment needs. The fun doesn't stop there—this home features an epic Polynesian-themed game room where you can challenge someone to a game of pool or race on one of the two Fast and Furious racing arcades.

For a cinematic experience, head to the futuristic home theater, complete with a projection screen and theater-style seating. Grab some popcorn, and movie night is a sure hit! When you're ready to call it a night, choose from one of the 14 bedrooms, including the master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.
