Open all the slider doors to the downstairs game room for an amazing indoor/outdoor flow and a perfect spot for watching games and playing pool and table shuffleboard. The upstairs features an open floor plan that will amaze you with custom details throughout and canal views from the main living area. The natural light that shines through the home is so calming and relaxing.
The backyard of this property is beautifully landscaped and very private with an outdoor undercover seating area. Relax in the 278 sq ft pool as you listen to the breeze through the Australian Pines. Bring your paddle boards and kayaks or go fishing off the dock. The boat lift is not for guest use, but you can dock a small boat with low clearance (about 7-8 ft) along the dock up to 20 ft long. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65.
The property includes the use of the two-car garage. In addition to the garage, there are four exterior parking spots available for use.

Villa Notes
The boat lift is not for guest use, but you can dock a small boat with low clearance (about 7-8 ft) along the dock up to 20 ft long.
If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).
