Past the kitchen is where you’ll find the home’s washer, dryer, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs deck is a true oasis with a plush wicker seating area and a complete dining table set, perfect for dining al fresco and sipping drinks with friends and family. 

The spacious primary suite has glowing natural light, beautiful palm tree views from the private balcony, and a stunning ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a sophisticated feel and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Great for kids, the third bedroom is appointed with a custom-built bunk bed. 

The backyard offers a tranquil atmosphere with lush tropical landscaping, a detailed wooden outdoor shower, and an opulent pool with deck chairs for guests to soak up the Florida sunshine as much as possible. Under the covered patio is an additional outdoor dining room table and comfortable sectional seating. 

Just across the street is Bayfront Park, with picnic tables and BBQ grills, and is a well-known fishing spot for locals. Down the road is Bean Point Beach, the most secluded beach on the island, and on the other end is Pine Ave, known for its prime shopping, cafes, and fine dining.
