The outdoor area is a serene oasis surrounded by Mediterranean plants and white stone accents. The heated 8 x 4m pool features an adjacent heated shower and is surrounded by sun loungers on a heated terrace floor, ensuring comfort even during cooler evenings. Guests can prepare meals on the stone grill and enjoy al fresco dining at the table for eight, complete with a convenient outdoor sink. A children's playground with a trampoline provides entertainment for younger guests, making the villa ideal for families. 

The ground floor features an open-plan design with a spacious living area, a large comfortable sofa, and an LCD TV. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a dining table for eight, creates a warm and inviting space for gathering. A water dispenser with hot and cold options is also available. This level includes a guest toilet for added convenience. 

The first floor houses four bedrooms, each approximately 30 m², with en suite bathrooms. Two rooms have king-size beds and bathrooms with bathtubs, while the other two offer twin beds that can be joined and bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom has a private balcony with seating, and three of the balconies offer stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The basement is dedicated to wellness and relaxation, featuring a gym and a sauna. Guests can use two additional showers on this level, one near the gym and another by the sauna, as well as a toilet. 

The villa also includes a tavern with a separate entrance, perfect for small gatherings or special events.
