Overview

It is located in the very center of town, only 50 meters from the sea and the main town promenade. Hvar is the perfect base for your Croatian holiday, with a large amount of tourist attractions and historical sites to visit. The island also has frequent ferries to different parts of Croatia, so you can have day trips to the surrounding islands such as Brac or the city of Makarska. 

This luxury Villa is set over three floors and comprises of five bedrooms with bathrooms, large living room area, kitchen and dining room.

Beside the house, there is a large garden with Mediterranean vegetation – lemons, oranges, figs, lavender, rosemary and, in the old Gothic house, which is an integral part of the garden, there is a heated pool that can be transformed from an indoor to an outdoor pool by opening the roof. 

Baroque Palace  

The main entrance with staircase and the water tank are located on the ground floor. The living room opens up with balcony doors and allows a beautiful view of the surroundings. The living room is comfortably furnished with soft sofas and a relaxing fireplace area. The kitchen and dining area are clean and bright, with ample space and everything you should need for your stay with doors that lead out onto the interior stone courtyard. 
Two double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor each with their own bathrooms. The bedrooms are fitted with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings as well as room to relax and unwind. They offer a homely feel and beautiful views.  On the first floor you will find a further three double bedrooms, each with their own luxury bathroom. 

The garden is enclosed by a stone wall that is over two meters high to allow you complete privacy and tranquility during your stay in our holiday villa in Croatia. There is sunbathing space with comfortable deckchairs and a dining table for 10 people. 

Medieval (Gothic) House 

The Gothic House is connected to the Baroque Palace on the ground floor where you will find a beautiful indoor pool with moveable walls that allow you transform this indoor pool to an outdoor pool which connects to the garden. 

On the lowest floor you will find a range of spa facilities including a sauna, jacuzzi, massage room, shower and toilet. Connected to this is a wine cellar with a selection of first class Croatian and foreign wines.
