The vicinity of the city of Dubrovnik gives an opportunity to all guests, to experience all the beauties of southern Croatia, making this location and the villa a perfect holiday choice for up to 10 persons. Villa 274's interior spreads over 350 square meters on two floors: the ground and the first floor connected by internal stairs. 

The outdoor surroundings cover a 120 square meters surface offering a spacious area with an 8 x 3.5m infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi and sun deck with lounge chairs, a seating area with a dining table for 10 persons, and a summer kitchen with BBQ. 

The open ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and bar, dining and spacious living area. Additional there is a guest toilet and a room with a washer and a dryer, as well as one of the five bedrooms. The other four bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms share a comfortable design and have en-suite bathrooms with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Apart from this, each room has LCD TV and access to the balcony with a seating area. A garage with 2 parking spots and Wi-Fi are available at the premises. Welcome to Villa 274!
