A large center island seats 6 and provides plenty of counter space for meal preparation, happy hour, and conversation. An elegant dining area seats 8-10 at a beautiful custom table and benches. Access the main level deck with an outdoor grill and seating in summer.

This private lot backs up to the protected private Cucumber Gulch, with decks overlooking cross-country ski and snowshoe trails and plenty of hiking. A lower patio has an inviting gas fire pit with seating, right next to a private outdoor hot tub – everything you need to enjoy the Colorado nighttime air.

On the main level is the spacious master king suite, with large windows, TV, and gorgeous en-suite bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
