Overview

The open-concept great room has plenty of entertaining space with vaulted ceilings, log accents, spectacular views, and the comfort of a three-sided fireplace. The kitchen offers plenty of prep space and opens nicely to the large dining area that seats six with more seats at the kitchen breakfast bar.

Outside, enjoy the large private deck with ample seating, stargaze from the hot tub, or gather around the separate fire pit area, all surrounded by woods and tranquility.

The primary king suite room is on the main level, tastefully decorated and comfortable with TV, and an updated private bath with double sinks and shower/tub combination. On the upper level is a nicely furnished queen suite with a TV and ensuite bath. An upper-level loft area is a perfect place to relax with a good book or to take an afternoon nap. On the lower level is a king suite with a TV, desk area, and private bath.

A 10-minute drive puts you in the center of downtown Breckenridge and just 5 minutes to Peak 8 skiing. In addition, there is easy access to great biking and hiking in the summer months.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Resort Fee: 17%.
Cleaning Fee 1-3 nights: $750 plus tax.
Cleaning Fee 4-29 nights: $160 plus tax per night.

Short Term Rental Tax at an extra 2% (on rent, cleaning fee and resort fee) that will be effective on ALL bookings made on 1/1/23 and after.

Security Deposit Details

All reservations require $199 accidental damage coverage. This is a non-refundable charge that covers guests for up to $10,000 worth of coverage.
