Overview

Situated in an exclusive secluded area, yet minutes to all the activity in Beaver Creek Village, Aspen Glade Retreat is ideal for enjoying either a winter or summer mountain vacation.

The five bedrooms, two kitchens, two living and dining rooms and an office space are spread out on the four levels of this expansive residence. Windows at every turn flood the home with natural light, and multiple decks offer unparalleled outdoor living spaces, and mountain modern decor creates a warm welcoming ambiance.

The focal point of the spacious main living area is a soaring wood-burning stone fireplace. Around this, guests can easily flow indoors and out to the expansive deck. You’ll be enjoying cards at the game table or watching TV settled into large leather sofas in the living space. Or on the other side of the double-sided fireplace, dining and taking in the views of the golf course at the dining table that seats ten people.

Foodies and chefs in your group will delight in the gourmet kitchen with Viking ovens and gas stove top, SubZero refrigerator and gas grill on the deck. Sip your morning coffee at the breakfast table surrounded by a grove of aspen trees or at the kitchen counter that has four bar stools. A full laundry room is situated off the kitchen.

Wrapping around this main level is a large deck with a private hot tub, outdoor dining table that seats six guests, and spectacular views of the golf course.

One of the home’s five bedrooms is on this main level. It features two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, door to the deck and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and separate shower and jacuzzi tub.

One level up is a family room with a pool table and TV that is open to the main living area below and the loft above. When the fun and games are over for the day, guests can retreat to the two bedrooms where they’ll feel like they’re sleeping among the treetops. The king bedroom has a sitting area, and the queen bedroom has a private deck. Both have cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and separate showers and jacuzzi tubs.

The pinnacle of the home is a light-filled, airy loft that is accessible via a spiral staircase and looks down on the main living area and out to the treetops. There’s a workspace and a Peloton bike. The second level of the home can function as a separate apartment. There is a full kitchen with an electric stove and bar counter with three stools. A round dining table seats four people. The cozy living room has a wood-burning fireplace and TV and opens out to a large deck.

The king bedroom on this level has a sitting area, private deck, laundry closet and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and separate tub and shower. The second bedroom on this level has a full bed and access into a hall bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo.

The lower level is the main entry to the home. A stunning iron and glass front door greets you. Or you can enter through the 2-car garage. You can opt for stairs or the elevator that ascends to all levels of the home, except for the upper loft.
