Anniversary House has a light blue exterior and white rooftops that contrast perfectly with the tropical surroundings. It consists of three separate structures. The main house has an open layout with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining areas. A large terrace looking out on the sea also includes an outdoor dining area and chairs and lounges for sitting, sunbathing and relaxing.

The villa’s five air-conditioned bedrooms are located in the Poolside and Garden Pavilions. Four spacious guest rooms include a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a showers, vanity and closet. A fifth bedroom features two sets of bunk beds that sleep up to four children under 12. The interiors are decorated in calming aquamarine colors with cool tile floors, wood-beam ceilings and contemporary furniture and lighting. Outside, Anniversary House provides ample space for stretching out in the sun and enjoying its stunning swimming pool and ocean views.
